The Riwoche Temple was established by Ven. Khenpo Sonam Rinpoche.  A place of study and practice of Buddhism emphasizing the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.  The temple is located in the Junction, the west end of Toronto.

Ven. Khenpo Sonam Rinpoche aspired to recreate an authentic representation of a traditional Tibetan Buddhist temple.  Today, one can experience the manifestation of the sacred space in the shrine room.  The statues embody the countless blessings of authentic lineage.  Temple activities focus on spiritual development through teachings, meditation practice and other means in order to transform one’s heart and mind towards enlightenment.
